DESCRIPTION OF WORK:

The project at Queen Anne Court, a Grade I listed building, required external redecoration to the sash windows and stone work repairs.

In keeping with the heritage requirements for this building, the painting specification involved the use of lead-based paints.

This required Imperial to follow strict health & safety requirements in using these products, together with the close liaison with Client in decanting staff from each room as work proceeded.

The stone work repairs were required to be carried out to match the existing stone work under guidance from the heritage surveyors.
