With the client and buildings occupants at the heart of all our services, Imperial's services fall into four distinct areas:

Cyclical Redecorations - As Imperial's core business is cyclical redecorations we can be considered expert in this field. A large direct workforce of painters and decorators undertake contracts that range in value from £5,000 to £6 million. Our continual commitment to establishing a longer life cycle for the maintenance / redecoration is reflected in the company's partnership association with such companies as ICI Paints and Crown Paints.

Refurbishment - The services we provide cover all aspects of property maintenance including kitchen and bathroom installations, window replacement, roofing, mechanical and electrical installations and general property maintenance.

Decent Homes Works - A decent home is one that is windproof, weather tight, warm and has modern facilities. In order to develop the standards of material, fixtures and fittings communications are undertaken between the client, contractor and supplier to develop an improved specification gaining further value for money and resident satisfaction.

Disabled Adaptation's - The Disability Discrimination Act imposes duties on service providers and employers to take 'reasonable steps' to ensure people with disabilities are able to enjoy a level of opportunity that is equal to that available to people without disabilities. Responding to these duties means coming up with good design solutions that meet the needs of disabled people, including those with visual impairments, whilst creating an attractive environment for all users.
