Commercial
Imperial has undertaken a wide range of projects in the commercial sector. As an experienced contractor who undertakes large contracts for commercial clients we have established a reputation for reliability, efficiency and flexible working hours to ensure that our work does not interfere unnecessarily with your day-to-day activities.
We recognise that each customer has its own special needs in terms of access, operational requirements and Health and Safety. Our management team has extensive experience in providing the best solutions to customers' maintenance requirements whatever the circumstances.

Private
The housing work we undertake outside of the social housing sector is carried out through property/estate management companies on behalf of landlords or resident associations. The works involve cyclical redecorations, pre-painting repairs and general building repairs to both the external elevations of the properties and to internal public areas.
Our directly employed skilled workforce enables us to be confident that the values we espouse are implemented on every job and that customers receive a high quality value for money service.
Social Housing
Imperial has over a number of years been competitively active within the Social Housing Sector, during this time we have enjoyed a number of long term Partnering Arrangements ranging between a five and fifteen year timeframe.
Our focus has always been on establishing and developing long term relationships with our customers and as such all of our staff are trained and committed to the Partnering process.
Priority is given to all of our projects, particularly on those involving occupied dwellings, to our Customer Care Policy which has been developed over a number of years to ensure the resident and their property is treated with the upmost respect. We have recently reviewed this policy to take into account the diverse needs of the residents.
Imperial can provide the services of a resident liaison officer who acts as a link between our team and the buildings occupant, to minimise inconvenience to residents. They will attend resident forums, community meetings and act as a point of contact for any concerns that the occupiers may have.
As one of our standard KPI's we will utilise a customer satisfaction questionnaire to monitor our performance as seen by the resident to ensure we continually improve our service.
Leisure
Leisure facilities require a maintenance finish of an extremely high quality and durability. We have completed leisure projects and know how to avoid the ways in which the life of the facility may be shortened.
Defence
To ensure that disruption is kept to an absolute minimum, careful pre-planning is undertaken prior to commencement of works in this particularly sensitive sector. We recognise that a relationship with the Ministry of Defence must be built on trust.
