APPROXIMATE VALUE: £21,000 per annum

DESCRIPTION OF WORK: 

The external redecorations and associated repair works to the 15th century half timbered house including outbuildings comprising garden store, garage, stable block and gates.

The works required a fully alarmed scaffold to be erected with consideration to the gardens and a colony of bats which had been identified.

The works were carried out over a 6 week period during which the property remained open to the public.
