DESCRIPTION OF WORK: External redecoration and repairs to occupied 6 storey high river front apartments in converted Victorian warehouses including roof repairs and replacing the rope “handrail” to the river jetty. This project required liaison with The Port of London Authority to gain permission to erect scaffold access in The River Thames. Along the front elevation, the scaffold required to be cantilevered off the building opposite in order to maintain vehicular access along the public highway. |
