PROJECT LOCATION: Various properties in West Kent

APPROXIMATE VALUE: £630,000 per annum

DESCRIPTION OF WORK: 

External redecorations, pre-paint repairs, replacing asbestos soffits and fascias and re-decorating internal communal areas and applying fire upgrade paint systems where necessary.

Imperial are working in collaboration with West Kent Housing Association and ICI Paints on this 10 year term Partnering Contract. The project involves extensive Client/Contractor relationships agreeing and maintaining Key Performance Indicators and a high level of Resident Liaison.

In Year 2 of our contract West Kent were successful in being awarded “Three-Star” rating by the Audit Commission, the first Housing Association to achieve this recognition.

Fortnightly meetings are held with senior team members to ensure budgets, quality and KPIs are met. Eight members of the project team have been on the Mary Gober training course titled ‘The Art of Giving Quality Service’ this has been a proven success.
