DESCRIPTION OF WORK: On award of this arrangement a number of workshops were held to ensure the smooth running of the project. The workshops established a number of Key Performance Indicator's by which the project is managed and performance measured. The Key Performance Indicator’s include resident satisfaction, defects, predictability, cost, safety and environmental issues. At the beginning of each year Imperial work closely with Notting Hill HA and their consultants, Baily Garner, in carrying out surveys and finalising budgets. |
