DESCRIPTION OF WORK: This sheltered housing scheme is one of the many schemes that form part of Imperial’s 10 year partnering programme with Housing 21 The replacement of 37 number replacement kitchens and bathrooms, together with the removal of asbestos and converting existing flats into maisonettes. Imperial worked closely with the kitchen supplier to ensure accurate design and specification and ensure smooth programme delivery with open communication with all parties involved. The works were carried out over a 20 week period before which a presentation was given to all residents by our Contract Manager explaining the procedures of works. |
