DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Imperial are delighted to have completed the above project which included surveys, repairs, redecoration, stone cleaning and water tank renewal. During the external decoration both scaffolding and power cradles were used. The roofing works included lead capping to bay roofs, asphalt works, pigeon spikes and solarflec cornices. Due to the prestigious location and challenging environment careful pre-inspection and planning was required to ensure a smooth programme delivery. Our Site Supervisor was responsible for quality control and liaison with residents and porters. All works were completed successfully on time with the final account at £158,000, £2,000 under budget.
