The services we provide cover all aspects of property maintenance including cyclical redecoration works, associated repairs, window replacement, roofing, kitchen and bathroom installations, electrical and mechanical installations, disabled adaptation works and general property maintenance.
Imperial operate throughout London, Central England and the South of England. We have an established client base in both the public and private sectors and have developed long term relationships through repeat business and Partnering Arrangements.
Our expanding client list includes Local Authorities, Housing Associations, Estate Management and many other private property organisations.
Imperial are proud to be certified to ISO 9001 'The Quality Assurance Standard' and have achieved the 'Investors in People' award. We are registered with Constructionline and have Approved Contractor status with ICI Paints and Crown Paints. We are also an active member of the Painting and Decorating Association.
